Delivery policy
Green Set offers flexible and reliable delivery and transportation services to its customers. We deliver purchased products and transport agreed goods according to a schedule separately agreed with the customer.
Delivery times and prices are determined by the scope of the delivery, location and the goods being transported. All delivery costs are communicated to the customer in advance and agreed upon before the service is carried out.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information are correct. Green Set is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information or unforeseen obstacles.
Any comments or damage related to the delivery must be reported immediately after delivery so that the matter can be handled quickly and appropriately.
Green Set is committed to operating responsibly and with respect for the environment in all its delivery and transportation services.
Return and exchange policy
Green Set sells used and refurbished products, which have been checked for condition before sale. Products may show normal signs of use, which are not grounds for return.
The customer has a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act, unless otherwise agreed. The returned product must be in the same condition as when delivered.
Returns and exchanges must always be agreed in advance by contacting Green Set. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Customized services, transportation, and pick-up services are not eligible for returns.
